Lollan Posted March 1, 2007 Share Posted March 1, 2007 Hi, I work for a local ISP and do mostly removal of malware/viruses and am very interested in security analysis. I have been at my current job for almost 3 years now and very much enjoy fixing computers despite the pitiful salary. I have a deep interest in researching viral infections and where they root from, what they do, etc. My cleanup process generally consists of installing all of my programs which include: SuperAntiSpyware, Ad-Aware, Spybot S&D, Cleanup, Hijack This! and will end with running my silent installation of NOD32 through a batch file that preloads my settings and restarts the system. I'll then enter safe mode and run the cleanup utilities and throw in a defrag with a startup cleaning. Look forward to getting to know you all better!
