ok i had download vistaCG and the one u intro and ii've done all the thing you said but when i right click and go to the theme tab, i couldn't find the theme i extracted...only the folder...did i do something wrong? please advice...sorry to trouble you again

Extract it all to the Themes folder. Then go into the themes folder, go into the theme's folder you want, then double-click on the actual theme (should be called the nameofthetheme.msstyles).
