Open folders don't stay open upon reboot

I am using Windows XP Professional (English) with SP2.

I have a little problem, its just a minor inconvenience.

If I have a folder open, then I shut down the computer, the next time I start the computer, the folder that was open is now not open anymore, so to get back to what I was doing, I have to click on My Computer, and browse to it, and open it again.

Maybe the desktop environment forgets about my desktop session?

Anyone know how to rectify this inconvenience?

Tools > Folder Options... > View tab > Restore previous folders windows at logon
