forgive me if I'm in the wrong spot. Via secunia it reads I have macromedia flash 5 and 7 at end of life. Do I need them if I have adobe flash? Plus I can't find either version in add/remove. Thank you....

    Adobe bought Macromedia.

    You should uninstall Macromedia Flash 5 and 7, and instead install Adobe Flash 9.

    You do not need the old Macromedia Flash 5 and 7, if you have Adobe Flash 9.
