SlickRun for Power Users

SlickRun A command line Utility is a free program. This software is designed specifically for power users, who constantly go to the Start Menu to use the Run command. SlickRun can save you time with its floating on screen command window. In addition you can create "Magic Words", one word aliases that can quickly launch programs when you type them into the command window. This floating command line utitlity will appear above your PC's system tray clock showing the date and time ( yes you can move it wherever you like ) clic it and it turns into a tiny command line where you can type in "regedit" or "%temp%" or any of those other things you might like to check out. Right-click it, however, and it offers you a number of MagicWords--shortcuts to various actions, such as launching programs, opening URLs or windows, or switching to standby mode. Here is the Link for more information and download of this powertool, http://www.bayden.com/SlickRun/

Or you could just use Winkey+R to launch the "Run command" dialog.

That's all well and good for the 'normal' user.

Read his post again Eld and you'll see that he stated it's aimed more at the 'Power' user, enabling you to launch programs by use "Magic Words" (aliases(sp?)) instead of just being a shortcut to the Command Line Prompt.

I've said it before. Read the OPs post and then try to understand what's being said instead of launching off on your own little tangent without fully comprehending what's being posted.
