In fact, here's the userAgent/Build ID Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0 - Build ID: 2008052906 Identical to RC2. As for RC3, there's not much to it; the Mozilla Developer Center says: The third Firefox 3 Release Candidate is now available for download.
