Ultimate Predator Posted June 11, 2008 Posted June 11, 2008 After this I assume its final? What significant changes were there? Quote
Administrator Tarun Posted June 11, 2008 Author Administrator Posted June 11, 2008 Mainly bugfixes for Mac, nothing really changed for Windows. In fact, here's the userAgent/Build ID Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0 - Build ID: 2008052906 Identical to RC2. Quote
Ultimate Predator Posted June 12, 2008 Posted June 12, 2008 I see. I hope the final gets released soon. Quote
greenknight Posted June 12, 2008 Posted June 12, 2008 They've set June 17 as the release date - assuming no other major problems crop up. As for RC3, there's not much to it; the Mozilla Developer Center says: The third Firefox 3 Release Candidate is now available for download. It contains a single change for Mac OS X users only; there is no change for users running previous Firefox Release Candidate versions on Windows or Linux Quote
