SparklingDreamsX Posted July 17, 2008 Share Posted July 17, 2008 I recently had some virus problems which was trojan-downloaders and ever since then the genuine windows validation icon sits on the toolbar and says its unable to complete genuine windows validation. I bought windows from walmart so its not a copy. I cant figure out how to get it to work so I can validate my windows software. Also, when I go to control panel>system it says registered to: valued gateway client gateway VIRUS ALERT! the virus alert thing also showed up on my time stamp in the corner, I managed to remove it from there but I dont know how to change it on the registered information. You may want to get LunarDownloader and get the Professional package (listed by default).
