pihug12 Posted October 27, 2008 Posted October 27, 2008 Hello ! I use PureRa 1.2. I lost all the icons and "french redirection" in my user folder : http://img253.imageshack.us/img253/4435/pureraxl9.png (Pictures is called Images in French ; Links => Liens ; Music => Musique ; [...]) How can I recover them ? I have one other computer at home that is fine. Which files must I copy ? In PureRa 1.3, add an exception for "C:\Users" for Windows Vista users. pihug12 :jump:

Administrator Tarun Posted October 27, 2008 Administrator Posted October 27, 2008 One other thing that would have worked would be System Restore. :jump:
pihug12 Posted October 28, 2008 Author Posted October 28, 2008 Where can I find "System Restore" ? I want to try if it restore fine my files. pihug12 :jump:
RTZ Posted October 28, 2008 Posted October 28, 2008 go to the start menu, clic on control Panel, clic on performance and maintenance, on the left it will say system restore. clic on it. then follow directions a calendar will then be displayed then you need to pick the date when all your files were still intact and on your pc the date prior to using PureRa.
jpshortstuff Posted December 5, 2008 Posted December 5, 2008 This should be fixed in version 1.3. My apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Guest Mad_Griffith Posted December 18, 2008 Posted December 18, 2008 I had the same problem with 1.3. How can I fix that? I don't have any backups to restore.
jpshortstuff Posted December 19, 2008 Posted December 19, 2008 I had the same problem with 1.3. How can I fix that? I don't have any backups to restore. See Tarun's post: http://www.lunarsoft.net/forums/index.php?...ost&p=21402 Create Desktop.ini files in each folder with those contents. Can you post the PureRa log so we can see why the Whitelist didn't work for you?
