Justin Mcguire Posted August 26, 2012 Share Posted August 26, 2012 Hello my labtop is having a major problem it turns on boots up as normally but when i get to main screen my icons are there but when i click on something it just freezes up computer and thats it have to shut off have no clue what would cause this because it worked hours before that i have norton on my labtop so no viruses or anything it runs in safe mode but limited to what i can do from there please help thank you justin.
