So, remmber that old computer i was messing with (has Windows 2K on it?) ya, well im back at it. I took rridgelys advice and ran dial a fix on it to try and fix the microsoft update problem, but it didnt work. It came up with an error something like "can not find sc.exe". So i ran i hijack this, and decided to post it here to see what i could do to get it optimized for speed and stuff. And look what i found

the issue with the windows update is that it had a critical issue for outlook that wont go away. I download and install, but its back the next time i search for updates. Anyone know what sc.exe is? and is this one safe to remove?
