I've noticed some of the group icons have a pale white shadow beneath them and figured they need to be updated to resolve this issue.

This will change once updated.

I'm also thinking the icons within them need a fresh change as well.

What does everything think? Do you agree they need a fresh update? Post any ideas you have about what you'd like to see. Linking to images works too for idea suggestions.

hmm..i wonder if the images for the frontpage news can be updated as well. or maybe create a few more images. some of the smaller images are just kinda...blah.

yea, the icons next to the titles for the members need to be updated, their resolution is very low, they dont look very crisp

hmmm. this might not be a good sugestion but... how about crushing the PNG files by using PNGCRUSH?

Often there is little to no change. DjLizard and I have discussed it in the past though.

Most of them already are pngcrushed. I've tried to crush many of the ones that aren't already crushed and they dropped by only a handful of bytes. If you play your palettes right, you can often beat GIF's tiny filesize with a properly made PNG.
