Is it worth it? Or should I stick with 2006?

Good question.

Stick with Ad-Aware Personal 1.06. 2007 is very limited for personal use. You cannot do Custom scans, and much of the application nags about getting an upgrade to Plus/Pro to do the basic things that 1.06 would still do for free.
