This Pidgin 2.5.0 seems to launch a bit slower then previous one. but i like the added MSN offline messaging it's about time they got that as a feature. I read somewhere they are going to get away from using this GTK Runtime I hope its soon i think its not that stable, just personal observation.

    I am not sure. Its mature, I think. Its existed since 1997, so its over a decade old, should be stable.

    What will they switch to? Qt? WinForms?
