Much Thanks Tarun, dont know what i would do without you.

Edit, as im going through i noticed about 3 that i was weary to delete. Can you explain what they do?

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyOverride = local.,

^i have no idea what that is talking about, ive got a firewall//router that i use. does that have anything to do with that?

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [CTSysVol] C:\Program Files\Creative\Sound Blaster Live! 24-bit\Surround Mixer\CTSysVol.exe /r

^i think this is the little systemtray icon that allows me to electronically adjust my volume. When i use my headphones and plug them into the tower ive got to bump it all the way down to 9%. i dont want to get rid of this. Am i right?

I dont think my parents understand where i would be coming from. Theyre more concerned about a publicly recognized name securing our computer and slowing it down than a perfectly good alternative speeding it up. Also, in some cases, wouldnt Symantic being deeply rooted in windows help secure it? Like wouldnt it be harder to corrupt or get passed it because it is present throught windows?
