Download the Anti-Malware Toolkit from the downloads section (requires .net framework), then see the PC Cleanup page for advice on using it to cleaning your computer. I am presently using mallwarebytes .the paid version its definitions are up tp date ,ran acouple oh on line scanners and my antivirus software is up to date as well.. system is clean of spyware and viruses. Acting as though there are some corrupted windos files. I would like to thank you people for taking the time to help me out. I ran the permissions tool in dial-a- fix then went to the display manager window but the system restore tab is still missing . An error message to that effect was entered in the system log. This time i ran the fix permissions in Dial-a-fix then tried enabling system restore at the services. msc window.
