Administrator Tarun Posted February 28, 2010 Administrator Share Posted February 28, 2010 If you have the crash dump, please post it. Usually it's found in C:\Windows\Minidump
0_0
When you find the crash dump and post it for someone to have a look at, you could do some investigating yourself. I would look first at Device Manager for any warnings in yellow or red. Also, if you go to Start - Run - "type" msinfo32 - the System Information window should open w/ the "Find" feature, do a search from "System Summary" (or specific category) for the exact string you posted -> 0x00000014.0x00000002.0x00000001.0x804F15Cf With System Information still open, look at the available categories starting with Hardware Resources and it's sub categories, are there any messages or warnings? James_A
While waiting for the crash dump, the usual questions for this BSoD are: What hardware was changed recently? What software package was installed recently? What drivers were updated recently? .
