As I've noticed since 3.0 was added and introduced reputation that very few people have given out reputation. Now, it's the Like This system (same reputation system, just a bit easier to use) and I was wondering if a brief tutorial is necessary?

Also, other tutorials on things on the forums can be done if requested.

No, clicking the button doesn't need a tutorial, since it's obvious.

Also, I think the forum should be leaner, cleaner, lighter, with less cruft and unnescesary stuff.

When I was young, having a reputation wasn't a good thing, mostly for the girls, and of course I never contributed to anyone's bad reputation.

Maybe the lack of Like This is = to I Hate This - just sayin'

Honestly, the forums look good but it appears to need a shot of adrenaline, a purpose, something IMO.
