Beautifull, my sound works now that Apple released iTunes 7.0.1. Honestly, this is what itunes 7 should have been, Apple is not a company that should trip on program compaitbility issues (many poeple cross the 'net were having trouble with iTunes 7). So, now that it is all streamlined, i am once again in love!

Agreed. Plenty of issues, so I just stick with XM/Winamp/VLC

iTunes7.0.1 still gave me endless headaches when I tried to update the firmware on my iPod... you can read about it here.

Thank goodness for iPod support in Winamp. :D

sexy. iTunes still doesn't support ID3v2.4 correctly. and they still haven't fixed their AAC encoder. oh well, Nero AAC for me.

with all the issues abound, i love it because of the countless hours i have given away my life to make sure my 2500+ songs are organized perfectly. I doubt there are 15 problems of any kind in the tagging for the whole library. The problem is, when i load my library into foobar, they dont display the same info as they do in itunes. all my tages are ID3V2.3, so i dont understand the problem. (i think it might have to do with the fact that some songs have a V1 tag so its reading that instead--any ideas on how to remove all the V1 tags?)
