It's a 15.4" laptop - not that massive. :D

Icons - various things I found on deviantArt. Not really sure where I got them from. The main pack I've used though is the Elements Icon Suite. Sorry - I don't have a link at the moment.

other than having a bad taste in music(cough?) and using iTunes, that's a pretty sweet desktop.
