Anyone else think it looks fake?

If it's fake, somebody spent a lot of time screwing up a 04 Envoy. I can pick out the liver in the back floor, part of the stomach in the back seat and a kidney and piece of the spleen in the cargo area.

That is horrible. Hitting a deer like that is one of my biggest fears. One ran into my car a few years ago, it rolled up the windshield and flew off of the roof. Fortunately I wasn't hurt, just scared, but it did well over $2000 worth of damage to my car.
