Just had a look at mine corjello.

Apart from the fact you have 3 svchost .exe SYSTEM. ( I have 2 )

I also have 2 of everything else.

Don't know if that's good or bad! I'm sure someone will tell us.

Here's a tasklist.exe (which only comes with XP Pro) dump of my svchosts (so, here is why some people have a few, and others have more) :

svchost.exe                  732 DcomLaunch, TermService
svchost.exe                  788 RpcSs
svchost.exe                  856 AudioSrv, Browser, CryptSvc, Dhcp, dmserver,
                                ERSvc, EventSystem,
                                FastUserSwitchingCompatibility, helpsvc,
                                lanmanserver, lanmanworkstation, Messenger,
                                Netman, Nla, NtmsSvc, RasMan, Schedule,
                                seclogon, SENS, SharedAccess,
                                ShellHWDetection, TapiSrv, Themes, TrkWks,
                                w32time, winmgmt, wscsvc, wuauserv, WZCSVC
svchost.exe                  900 Dnscache
svchost.exe                  932 LmHosts, RemoteRegistry, SSDPSRV, upnphost,
                                WebClient
svchost.exe                 3204 HTTPFilter

Some people have a lot of services running, some people have not as many (depends on whether you're on XP Pro, Home, have avast, Norton, McAfee, other programs that run services (like all-in-one printers), or whatever)

It's quite normal.

The number next to each line is the PID (process ID) number.
