zaphirer
Hi everyone, I've had a minor problem, my computer crashed in the middle of a Windows Update (critical info or not, I'm not too sure), and now only 1 RAM stick is being detected. I have two, one newer, Kingston Value RAM, a 512MB stick, and an older, 256MB stick. Right now, only the older, 256mb stick is being detected by windows and FreeRAMXP... Ideas? All BIOS RAM settings are normal.
zaphirer
NVM... solved it. Took out the RAM, blew on it, put it back in... strange...
krit86lr
haha...that's what I was going to say. Was it locked in there still when you opened the case? Maybe it was just dirty? Maybe Windows is spastic sometimes? :)
