IrfanView - for everyday use...(don't forget to install the plugins)

Photoscape / Paint.net - when I need a robust editor(s)...(Paint.net does annoy me that a 231MB file is needed - "dotnet35" - to install a 1.6MB app)

Photoshop CS4 - when I want to feel really stupid...(a 230 page features list - JK)
