Softpedia has an unclear article title about Windows XP Service Pack 3 and Windows Vista Service Pack 1. While SP3 has been released to those who have a TechNet/MSDN Subscription or are a part of a major OEM, and SP1 has been out for approxmiately a month now, Softpedia is reporting that there is already an issue.
