very surprised to see what I did when I just typed in the words safe soulseek into Goole. First I noticed the ccleaner topic, and then under it this soulseek topic http://forums.slsknet.org/ipb/lofiversion/....php/t5303.html I didn't think this would be on google's front page! Tarun, you may want to censor this!

Teen's Mannequin Love-In Updated: 15:21, Monday November 21, 2005 A shop mannequin A teenager has been charged with indecent exposure after he was caught trying to have sex with a female mannequin on display at an arts centre. Security guards found Michael Plentyhorse, 18, sprawled with the dummy on the floor with his trousers and pants down. Police spokesman Loren McManus said: "There was inappropriate activity between him and the mannequin. "That's the only way I know how to put it." Guards said they had noticed several times before that the dummy's clothes had been removed at the centre in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, US. If convicted, Plentyhorse…

Hello all, How does one go about getting an avatar on a forum site? Is there a freeware site that has them to choose from? And how do they get from a site or my computer to the forum? I am completely in the dark here so a very basic step by step answer would be appreciated. THANK YOU!

Hello all, I am thinking about attending college part time to get certificate in microcomputers. basically, i will learn to understand a number of computer issues including html, c, web building, etc. It will take me about 3 years, but i think that the formal training along with my tinkering will be good for me. I graduated from university in 2004 in another field, and it was very rewarding. This new class (like the old ones) will be part time evenings and is all i can handle with my work, kids, social justice work, etc. I hope this is a good idea. I want to learn more about computers, and feel that the information is portable regardless which sector of the…

Thought it would make a change from the usual threads, such as posting images of desktops. Got the inspiration from corjello's post. The first is my house (covered by the hand), from 3281 feet. The second is my house (with the hand on the roof), from 499 feet. Anyone else? I google earth'd my wifes cousins house the other day, she lives in the sticks in Colorado, and I found it interesting. Her nearest neighbour is a short walk away. Post a pic please. I have regular, I thought plus was paid for.

Source: Forbes Fans of abstinence had better be sitting down. "Saving yourself" before the big game, the big business deal, the big hoedown or the big bakeoff may indeed confer some moral benefit. But corporeally it does absolutely zip. There's no evidence it sharpens your competitive edge. The best that modern science can say for sexual abstinence is that it's harmless when practiced in moderation. Having regular and enthusiastic sex, by contrast, confers a host of measurable physiological advantages, be you male or female. (This assumes that you are engaging in sex without contracting a sexually transmitted disease.) In one of the most credible studies correlatin…

I wanted to ask a couple of questions. Can I put links on this site? Not sure if its a violation or not. Not in my signature, just under the general topic. Can I put this site link on other forums? I like this forum, its seems very friendly, and I usually ask permission before putting a sites link on another place that I am visiting. :hello:

Hi Tarun, I was just curious. You seem to know what you are talking about on pretty much everything computer related. I was wondering what formal education you have taken to learn about computers, and how much was from visiting forums, etc.? As well, two things. How long have you been at it, and two, what would you suggest for someone to do to learn more about computers, software etc.? Specifically, is there an online school that you personally know about that offers courses that are not too technical for newbies? Thanks. ;)

Do Americans alter the time on their clocks to make the most of daylight hours? For instance we put our clocks forward an hour in Spring and back an hour in Autumn, which we will do Sunday morning. It is 11.22 here at the moment and I am guessing you guys (Tarun DjLizard) are 6 hours behind at the moment, so as from Sunday you will only be 5 hours behind. So you are only 5 hours behind and still will be. Do your clocks go back this weekend?

Had a look at the Arovax forum tonight, that is slow. Hopefully that will change though, I am hoping Arovax will end up a very good and much used product in the fight against malware, because the more products there are, the better chance we stand of winning this fight against malware, and if their product becomes successful then I am sure their forums will as well. Just as this forum will, given time. BTW, I think me and Tarun are in competition to be the highest poster today; I might of just took over with this post though.

NASA hosts a news conference Wednesday, Oct. 19, to discuss new Hubble Space Telescope ultraviolet images of the Moon's surface. Preliminary assessments of the images, taken with Hubble's Advanced Camera for Surveys, suggest an abundance of titanium and iron oxides. These may potentially be sources of oxygen and a resource for human exploration. Additional background material can be found at SpaceRef

Since these forums can offer subscription services I considered asking what people may like and for what prices. This is still in the brainstorming point, though. Basically, rewards and stuff for supporting/donating to the site. Things I've thought of were things like: Upgraded access to a new group. (Supporters) More attachment space. (5MB, might make it 10MB) Possible V.I.P. style forum. I'd like to hear ideas and such. I want to keep this site 100% free to all, but offer nice things to those who donate certain amounts. If you're wondering why I'm starting this about money; well... college did just start, so tuition and books, supplies and things of that nature…
