Lunarsoft was recently mentioned on the radio show Computer America. On Friday, June 15th of 2007 the host Carey Holzman had DjLizard on for another appearance. They discussed many issues with software - including Windows Vista - and even useful technical utilities. DjLizard was kind enough to mention us and that we are here for support on Dial-a-fix, DjLizard's software and any other computer related issues and discussions. As always, our community continues to grow. We welcome all guests and viewers to sign up and join our discussions. Thanks to everyone for visiting us, to our current members and even our future ones! Our forums had an issue properly clearing old sessions. A patch has been applied which should resolve the issue. The people at Invision Power have informed me that this is set to be fixed in 3.0.1. If you experience any more issues please let me know and I will investigate. Edit: 3.0.1 is coming very soon it seems. Hopefully within a week! People will be able to configure how the View New Content works (see below) and there are also over 130 bug fixes.

Earlier tonight I imported a new skin called IP.Board 3 which is based on the upcoming IP.Board 3 forum software. This is to allow our members to become accustomed to the upcoming changes when IP.Board 3 is released as final software. To select and use the skin simply scroll to the bottom of any page and in the dropdown box change it from Lunarsoft to IP.Board 3. To see the official IP.Board 3 skin coming soon, click this link: http://forums.invisionpower.com/index

The Lunarsoft Wiki has been updated to the latest available version. For the time being the InterWiki plugin has been disabled as it is not compatible with MediaWiki 1.14 as of yet. It has also come to my attention that some users are being blocked from accessing the wiki. The Bad Behavior plugin we use to protect from spambots is blocking these users because of a user agent inside of their browser. So far the reports of this happening only occurs with Internet Explorer. The problem is that bsalsa exists in the user agent string and trigger Bad Behavior to block the user. If you are encountering this issue, please read this link.

Our forums have been updated to the latest version. This update is an important release and has put changes onto the website. When registering or posting as a guest, you are now required to enter a code from reCAPTCHA instead of the old CAPTCHA system. Previously when registering or posting as a guest you would see this CAPTCHA: Now you will see this CAPTCHA: Registered members do not see the CAPTCHA for logging in or posting here on our forums. The changes are made to prevent spambots and have a centralized CAPTCHA system that if it is ever broken it is updated instantly. reCAPTCHA has also been added to the Lunarsoft Wiki.
